Human Resources Executive

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Executive, your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records and files, administering benefits and compensation programs, and supporting employee relations initiatives. You will also assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, and handle employee inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients, negotiating terms to ensure a mutually beneficial cost.
  • Assist the sales team by managing schedules and distributing sales documentation efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to online or telephone queries, maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments and clients to align services with client needs, considering cost and time constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team, assessing department progress, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
